ABOUT EYC:
Elevate Youth Church (or EYC as we call it) is a ministry within Poteau First Assembly for students in the 7th-12th grades (or ages 13-18, whichever comes first)! Our prayer for EYC is that it’s a place where students feel the love of God the very minute they step through our doors! Our goal is to create an atmosphere of worship: one that uplifts God, not man, or our agendas.
ABOUT OUR STUDENTS:
EYC is a group of students striving to become the “YES Generation”: a generation willing to say “yes” to the Holy Spirit before even knowing the question. A generation not limited by the labels of the world, but whose identity is found in Christ. As our EYC verse indicates, we want to be “doers” of the Word and not merely listeners. We want to be “more than listeners” and take action when God says “move”!
ABOUT YOU:
